Looks like I finally found a crew that fits what I've been looking for if you still have room. I'm new to the forums(been searching for a while now) and didn't think I was going to find a gang that wasn't strict on what you wear/drive like the motorcycle clubs/gangster clubs and actually played on xbox 360(alot of PS3 players).

 

I don't have a social club account but, I do plan on getting one once I get accected to a club/gang.

Weekends. Unfortunately I have a life(sigh)....work, girlfriend, social life, etc. Friday through sundays is probably when I will be on the most for the longest period of time.

I will be getting the CE(collectors edition) and I don't mind sharing among trusted individuals once we've played a while together. We won't have much money or any at all so who knows how much it will be to insure certain vehicles.

Im 30 yrs old and in California, i play mostly nights and weekends. I have a full time job as an electrician but i game as much as possible.

I know we have to split the money equally but, what about player performances. Say if one player had a pretty nice K/D(kill death) ratio and onlly got killed once or twice while another player just did god awful, driving terribly getting other memebers killed or emptying clips left and right and only killing few enemies.

 

Should there be a system in place for how much money you recieve for your performance or will it stay equal no matter what? I'm not saying that members need a extra 10 grand for popping off 6 or 7 more enemies than everyone else. I'm just saying like maybe a extra 500 or 1,000 or mmaybe even higher depending on how big the pay off will be.

 

Could give players extra incentive to do better instead of getting the same results over and over knowing they are getting the same amount of money as the person who did the best shooting/driving etc.

 

Thoughts? To much or possibly beneficial to us as a crew?

Here's an example say we're 10 players deep in a bank. We take well over a million as a payout. 1.2 mill or something. We all get 100,000 and some change. Player with the highest contributions/stats gets a nice little extra chunk of cash.

 

Everyone knows that old saying you gotta spend money to make money, if players are putting up extra guns ammo and cash for missions/heists they need to be reimbursed for that or at least get half of what they put in back IMHO. Thats just how I feel about that but, I know others may not feel the same.

I think thats a solid idea. We will have to see how it can be implemented after the we play the game though.

 

What if the split has to be decided on before the heist?

 

I also think that everybody should get the same amount, but we vote on a top performer after every larger heist and that person gets an extra 10% or something like that so it remains consistant.

 

Or we can just keep it even 100%. That works too.
