Also, the only person who played the game and had an issue with it was one of the IGN reviewers, and while I don't think they're all morons, they sometimes say and do pretty moronic things. Like wonder if a picture of Franklin is indeed Franklin. I do think it's much cooler than having the circle map, as it looks more realistic to have GPS layout, than just some circle. What I'm more worried about, is the refresh rate of the minimap. So far it seemed like it's capped at 10 FPS, like some cheap navigation system. But then again, I'll get used to it. I think the fact it zooms into and changes perspective to what you need is awesome instead of just a top down view. the color of the actual map though, looks like dirty water. Ew. In terms of originality, It's great that Rockstar decided to revamp the mini-map because every single GTA clone has ripped the GTA mini-map. I think it looks pretty good.
