It probably will, a few years ago I was reading Guinness World Records and GTA IV was in it for most sales that year. I'm pretty sure this game will sell more, no dout

As you might know GTA IV made it into the Guinness World Records as the "Most Successful Entertainment Product Launch", since then Call Of Duty has taken over with every new installment. But as we all know GTAV is the most hyped game since ages! Almost everyone is excited for this game! Will GTAV brake the record???

Maybe you should make a new unbiased poll. The current one stinks of fanboy issues.

 

I don't see how CoD has anything to do with this, especially when the most sold game on the 360 is FIFA 13.

I was at a GTA IV midnight release way back when, and thankfully i was at the start of the queue because there was around 200 people there, in a small town.

I went the black ops 2 release also, still arriving before midnight as i did with IV, and i saw no more than 50 people

with the argument about CoD, Ghosts doesnt have a chance. we can see that just by looking at the US preorders ... comparing the same weeks, V is ahead by thousands.

The chance is slim making it into the Guinness Book or World records. But IMO it's highly likely to be GOTY, I'd be surprised if Ghosts or BF4 beats it.

GTA V should break the record, since it is a highly anticipated game. If Cod ghosts beats GTA V, I will be disappointed.

If CoD: Ghosts beats GTA V, I'll eat my shoe and I'll have to go postal on some unlucky Los Santos citizens
