Anyone think we'll see a GTA V version of 'The Wedge'?

A spot where jetti's extend out causing waves to bounce off collide and make Hawaii pipeline swells. I saw a spot on the map that is similar to balboa island and the peninsular there in Newport beach, which is where the Wedge is located.

 

Would be cool to have that spot to hit some bonzai pipeline like swells on the sea doo. Start jumpin jetti's like I was free willy
