Obviously I am referring to the city of San Andreas, the city featured in some small game you may have heard of GTA V lol.

You're f*cking kidding me. Nobody can be that behind. San Andreas is the state in which the game is set. Los Santos is the city the game is set in. When you ask for a map of San Andreas, everyone will immediately assume GTA San Andreas. Please don't be so stupid about it and check the Official Mapping Los Santos thread.

It's set in a small portion of San Andreas. That's obvious when you look at how GTA SA had San Fierro and Las Venturas and was considered full San Andreas. States should carry over from 3D to HD universe.

This guy climbs up mount Chilliad, which is on the northern end of the map, and there's nothing behind it really.

 

As you can see, Los Santos is rather close.
