GTASuspectOnFoot
Do you think weaker tires will pop sometimes if you go off road?
Tacymist
To be honest, that would suck and become annoying very quickly. So I hope not.
walkingsickness
It would add to the realism of it but might get annoying if we really need to get away from the pigs..
RaptorTaco
Oh boy I really hope not. There's a very big difference between realism and fun. Luckily rockstar knows the difference.
Kihz
Well since you can oopgrad your tires, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

GlitzyTomb
If they did I'm sure it wouldn't be until after a good bit of time. I don't think they will though. The consequences of taking a car not fit for off-roading off road will most likely be limited to handling issues.
zzmorg82
I doubt that it will be in the game. Like the user said above, there should be line between realistic and fun.
GlitzyTomb
I wouldn't mind, and would even be kind of happy, to see a marked handling difference amongst the differen tires. It's likely too in depth...but if you had say those wide low profile tires you'd do great on asphalt but horrible on dirt, normal tires would be meh at everything, off road tires would be meh on the road but awesome on dirt, and then some nice Yokohamas or Pirellis or whatever would be amazing on the road but not so much on dirt. Would be fun to put some beast off road tires on an Infernus or set up a Bodhi, Patriot, or Ranger or something with some Yokos or Pirellis
