GTAFan0913
Hidden packages aren't "out" per se. They are just implemented in a different way. Basically they are just more woven into the story and have actual effects on your experience. It won't be like shooting highlighted frozen seagulls in GTA IV. The hidden packages in V have purpose to them and are more interactive. Edited September 8, 2013 by GTAFan0913

S1LV3R_W0LF
I don't get it, everyone is so sensible about leaks and then they buy a Strategy Guide that they'll most likely read on their toilet while the game is installing and read everything the game have to do and where to go. TheRealBars
I thought they confirmed hidden packages were out? No IGN just talked out of their ass, again. Just like how they were answering underwater questions while they never had an opportunity to go underwater themselves.. grade a journalism. These guides are made with knowledge of all activities in addition to early game play by the writers.
