What if GTA got too realistic? (games in general)

Recommended Posts

Tripz

For example, what if after you sprinted heavily (either to escape a stranger mission involving a prostitute who wants to be your awfully wedded wife) and after sprinting your character appears to have sweated a lot. This sweat then developed into something everyone loves.

Booty Sweat.

The protagonist you play as has a rare disease unnamed which is that his Booty Sweat is 10x worst than the average human.

This Booty Sweat then leaves a mark on the underside of his pants, which you will notice in the game until you change clothes/

How would you react to this? Would you be pleased with the immersion...

Or does it hit to close to home?

What the f*ck? Lol, you've an interesting imagination pet. But I love GTA for getting the realism and surrealism such a perfect fit. It's perfect as it is and if it got too realistic, it'd probably get boring..

Boy have you been smoking some weed?

Maybe, but that's irrelevant.

Just posing an exaggerated question here.

You know, people often say that mundane forced things create immersion.

If that's true, the most immersive game will also be the most pointless. Because you'd still be living out a boring real life.

I play games to get away from life. Traffic laws, gas, bills, all of that stuff sucks. I wish I didn't have to deal with any of it. And in GTA, I don't. Except soon I might have to, because a lot of people apparently want them for the sake of "Immersion".

You know what? SR3 might not be immersive, but it is a ton of fun. At least to me it is. I get to keep tanks in my garage and have them delivered to me by a valet. I even got to skydive in a tank.

I don't really care how immersed I am as long as I'm having FUN.

They should make it like if you die in the game you die in real life

Maybe you should find a street that's more hidden and never expose your sh*tface to the world again.
