Glad you like it Braindawg! But trust me it will fit in VC once I'm done with the bodymap which could take a little while because UVmapping is well I think you know It's a long and tedious process but in the end I hope it's worth the trouble and the time. :)

 

Here wait maybe with some color it actually looks fitting the way it is. :)

 

And don't mind these normals I still have to cut the car in parts once I'm done Mapping the body.

Thanks you guys I'm glad you are all enjoying this fine automobile! I myself can't wait to get it done and put it in the game, and after that it's on to my next car which will be a Zebracab/FBicar/Bloodbanger replacement 1978 Plymouth Fury I have no name for it yet but you guys could help me and find a good name if you want to. :)

 

Taxi version , FBI version and a Rusty Bloodbanger version.

Maybe you should call the Plymouth Fury car "Eddy", like the car in GTA2 that spawns in the Industrial and Residential districts, and used as a Special Agent Car in those levels.

Well every time I'll look at the car it 'll remind of Ed Edd n Eddy got to give it some class think about some royal something classy something fancy something that 'll pop like royalty.

 

Or any 80s cop show really

 

Maybe I'll just call it Hooker haha from the TV show T.J. Hooker thumps up if you know this show!

There are many projects which are very dead now. Actually I don't trust any TC mods now. How about you guys make a standalone game instead of making mods.

 

You can make many awesome 3d games using a game engine. Like Unity, Unreal, Crytek(I don't know it's available or not). You can break many limits that you can imagine. Importing/Exporting models are very easier that we convert on GTA mods.

 

So my point is make your Shine O Vice mod as a separate game. Beginning of the project maybe very hard but very easier at the end where modding is opposite.

As much as I love this idea I think three versions of the same car would be too much. But seeing it as FBI/FIB car and bloodring one's would be great. I hope you make we'll bring this idea to life.

Why are you always bringing this in every topic? This section is for GTA mods, not standalone games. If you want these kind of games so deseperately, do them yourself or use google to find them. Damn...

So finally after hours and hours and hours of UV mapping it's actually looking good!

UVs are almost done and after that it's on to the finishing touches.

Game engine reduces many of it's time.

 

I think that you didn't read my last line. I said those because there is no complete TC mods. Even some of them are complete but very buggy. At the beginning it's very easy after a few times later it become very hard. After then people left modding.

How is this relevant? This doesn't mean they'd succeed if they were created from scratch and not as a mod. What's your point?

He has no point. He just spewed something without thinking, got his answer, and now wont back off his stupid statement cause of a false self respect principle.

pls dont post any more code/bug related comments. You clearly have no idea on the subject, and no appreciation for the work being done here.

 

Just to prove you further wrong, ALL of the mods you've mentioned above have PLENTY of bugs in them. Your whole argument comes down to YOU BEING IMPATIENT because total conversions tend to die out.

I'm very impressed by the recent progress on these vehicles. Well done, Daitojo97 and FacFerC - you've brought some quality stuff!

 

I hope BEGINit is able to work around his issues with the stability of the game. Don't get discouraged, we can sort it out!

 

I'm a little busy but I'll be checking up on the topic and working on the mod as I find some time soon.
