BEGINit is Lithuanian, I'm not. I'm Austrian with Ukrainian roots. I don't have a problem with Russians at all, in spite of all the political nonsense going on

The Vercetti Estate has already been modified, it was replaced with BETA one by the brainless bird ( ), so I wouldn't really count on that one.

From what I know only exterior was modificted so internior could be still changed. But apart from underground garage with tanks there weren't anything interesting back there.

For Lithuanian, that's borderline insult. Then again, that probably every country in the world wouldn't want to be bundled with some other. In this case, there is basically nothing similar between these nations. Absolutely different language [Lithuanian is indo-european, Russian is slavic], different culture[Lithuania is more leaning to western culture] and so on. A lot of people don't really have a problem with russians, except the politics right now. It's just two very different nations. Maybe your grandad got a little confused because, due to SSRS, a lot of Lithuanians used to know how to speak in Russian.

Wow just mentioning that my grandad thinks all eastern european countries = Russia sure sparked ire.

 

But yea @turbocharger, I remember that interior from a few years ago and I thought it was top notch. IMO it's a bit too detailed for Vice City (look at the texture detail on the bathroom tiles & bedroom door quality, almost as if it were an architectural model or something apartments use to show off their floorplans to possible tenants) but that isn't to say that it's horrible or anything. If the detail were to be dumbed down, then it would fit like a glove.

I don't mind when people joke about me either, and that has happened way too many times on these 5 years I've been on GTAF, just not in public of course. But that doesn't make being a racist cool at all.

OT: What are you guys gunna do with the cinema?

 

It's coming along nicely. Right now I'd say the exterior is 90% completed. Model wise it's done, just needs better textures and I need to finish some of the movie posters to be displayed outside. I've started working on the interior today and I'm being a bit creative on that since there's not many reference images to use.
