His colors are similar to Varrios Los Azeteca from GTA SA or the Rifa but they probably are not going to be in this game. Also his tattoos and face tattoos look like a hispanic gang members as well. The shop says Los Santos tattoos but that can just be the shops name, could it be located somewhere outside of the town or city limits since it looks like it's in a more rural area outside of that. Maybe the city will have a more established or known Vagos gang in the eastern part of LS and in the out of town area will be a different Hispanic gang that guy could be in. DODI3OG Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 AFAIK, VLA is based off of MS13 because of the heavy weaponry they've had in the mission "Los Desperados" in GTA SA whilst the LSV are based off of the 18th street gang due to their ENORMOUS SIZE, claiming most of LS.
