Upload speed really only matters when you are hosting on a specific game. If you're not hosting you should be able to play online just fine. Anything higher than 90ms may cause lag though.

Ill not have any internet to worrie about. Got a car to keep on the road and outher major bill's to pay. Also i was with sky i got 17mbps when i was with aol now talk talk i was paying £15 a month for 8mbps. Also if you go with sky watch out they jack there prices up without telling you thats why i left sky.
