Im assuming that tattoos will be aviable only for Trevor and hairstyles only for Franklin. Im not sure about Michael yet, he did not changed in any screenshot. In game, player will have much more freedom to do whatever they like, but in their artwork, screenshots and trailers they kept it all tied to the personality of the characters. I hate arguing about grammar, but it should have been something like: That means all of them wont be able to get either customized hair or tattoos. Only hairstyles for Franklin and tattoos for Trevor. On topic: it wouldn't make sense to have only certain characters receive certain features, I'm fairly sure all of them will have access to everything. I wouldn't be surprised if Franklin was the only one who could visit the barber, Trevor and Franklin the only ones who can get tattoos and Michael being the only one who can play Golf and Yoga.
