From that angle, as the textures don't load as well. Common draw distance problem, and not a big problem at all. It is just more emphasized in Los Santos. To my surprise I found out the game looks MUCH better when I'm looking the trailers/screens on my plasma TV (720p) then on PC (1680x1050). I downloaded the gameplay trailer fom PS store and I was amazed just how much better the game looked on my TV.Much sharper then these screens.
