Seriously though, it could be interesting to have it in the game, seeing as there's so much water, but I can't imagine I'll ever be in a hurry to play it. Take a boat anywhere you want and fish for different species and make money off what you catch. It might not have been utilized so much, but the diversity of different activities is what makes GTA go beyond what is expected and really make the game even better.
