Folks are saying that its a joke, but that would mean that only half the statement is a joke, as a fast car IS a sensible investment in a crime-based video game. Also, she doesn't say "sensible purchase", but uses the word "investment", implying that tattoos have some kind of bearing on the gameplay or economy. Hmm. Guess we'll have to wait till the 17th!
