Something like liabilities or accountability when winner of said performance enhance car wipes themself and a whole family in a minivan out. well its a custom car with custom bumpers/body kit so it already voids safety of a stock production car so i dont see how a proper engine to go with the badges would hurt? just put one of the 6.1 hemi's in it with a couple gt3071's at low boost 5-7 psi then atleast it really is a twin turbo v8 and its still dodge. plus a 6.1 with a little boost will be around 600hp which is right in the area of what the 8.0L v10 makes in the later years of the viper anyway. but anyway doesnt matter in IV if you look under the hood its a N/A V8 with 8 throttle bodes and velocity stacks so not like R* even knows what they are doing lol hell half the cars in that game have the wrong type of engine, the corvette has a inline 4 redtop SR20 lmao. the only car that is as true to the real car in gtaiv and V is the futo as far as im concerned. Its identical almost to a ae86 coupe levin, with a silvertop 20 valve 4age, its rwd, and the interior is almost exactly like the real car. I know lawyers aren't beholden to reason, but a twin turbo V8 would most likely be about as powerful as the stock V10, maybe less. I'm only going to assume you mean they finally placed on the custom wheels on the car that was planned for it. If you bothered to read any of the previous postings, the car needs wheels so they can move it around the shop. The custom wheels usually only go on when the car is near completion so they don't get scuffed or dirtied up. I think logic left many people's minds. GTFO. On another note, if I won this car, first thing I did would be to take it to HPE and getting it TT'd the right way. If the car hadn't been painted yet or was still under construction, I would naturally assume they were build wheels. However, seeing everything WAS finished except the wheels, and knowing WCC's other work of getting stance and wheel choices wrong, as per my other post several pages back, I assumed that was finished product. Use your logic. Posting a picture of a 99% finished car, naturally everyone is going to assume that is the 100% car and critique it as such. Exterior mods are acceptable, but engine mods put the person who is running the giveaway at fault. If someone wrecks this car, it being a stock engined car, it wouldn't be their fault, but Chryslers(well, not really, it's the dummass drivers fault, but thats how the lawyer will see it). Hot Rod mag tried to give away their Crusher Camaro years ago in a contest, but since the car had a modified engine, their lawyers wouldn't let them. And some other company made a souped up 05 GTO for a giveaway(I think it was Flowmaster), had exterior, suspension, brakes, and engine upgrades. All the other upgrades were fine, but the engine had to be returned to stock before the car could be given away. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but that is the way it is, so this Banshee is guaranteed to have the stock drivetrain, which still has plenty of power to get someone in trouble, but the lawyers can say that R* or WCC are not at fault for it being that way. Yes you might mess with it a bit over time but there is no way that you say it to slow.
