Perhaps they've hidden it somewhere on the map and it is a first find - first serve kind of deal. Or it is similar to the Key-To-LC thing in terms of what to do. The latter being the most likely. Just painted over it. Not saying all their work is shoddy but just saying. I'm personally wondering if they're going to give this out to somebody as a prize -- like the MLB 2K do to the person who pitches the first perfect game under certain conditions -- or if it will just be a vehicle which will be available for purchase. On an off-topic not I always thought that the West Coast Customs boss was a twat but I don't suspect he cares as he's rich as hell... Damn they join the OGA quicker and quicker these days..
