[REQ] Crew Emblem?

I'm not sure whether this topic is within the right criteria, but I need someone who is talented at creating an advanced crew emblem on Rockstar Social Club; I really need something for my emblem other than what I currently have.

 

I would like;

 

- Some sort of square shield.

- A title at the bottom of the shield saying "The Business" or "The Bizz"

- A black and white silhouette-type of image of a man in a suit.
