Gas tanks

I wonder if the cars will have gas tanks like San Andreas? I wish IV had that feature. Would be nice to have it again.

Yes there are gas tanks. A R* rep said it in an interview. You can shoot the tanks and make them leak and then shoot the trail of gas and blow sh*t up.

I know every car has a gas tank, but I'm talking about the gas tank door. I should have been more clear in my original post. In SA when you shoot it, the car explodes.

In GTA IV when you shot a car's rear wheel well, it'd catch on fire faster. I thought that was a better alternative.

I did play yesterday and I did notice it took fire after two shots with the shotgun, but what about the other weapons? Gonna try that out soon. Thanks for bringing that up.
