Since there is several threads about 'weed' use in GTA V, I decided (being the smart ass that I am) to make one about cocaine use. Is anybody else even liking this feature? What's the point, honestly? Is it just to do with no reward as some sort of a random moment or can we sniff a line __________ (post your idea here)

 

It fu**ing baffles me that we are able to use coke in this game but we couldn't use coke in 'Scarface: The World is Yours' video game... That was TONY MONTANA for crying out loud? lol

I may have misread, but I didn't think cocaine use was confirmed, just that it was shown being used in-game (not by your character).

As I said, though, could be wrong. Would definitely be interesting though to see the effects

It doesnt say YOUR character can use it.. And this was done to death in GTA 4.. just about every character snorted coke.

It's depicted. Meaning it'll be in cutscenes. I doubt that they will let us use hardcore drugs like cocaine or heroin. Marijuana is safer to experiment with for Rockstar because technically, in California, it is legal.

Not really. The only coke users (at least the users that were actually shown) was the McReary family, Elizabeta Torres and Mikhail Faustin. TBoGT is another story.

Makse sense, the club scene is all about gettin' laid or gettin' lit up

 

Doubt very much we'll get to use any yay as the player (bet R* got enough slack from the ESRB just for the weed toking), however the "adrenaline" effect from VC would work as a reason to snort some hollywoods.
