I remember the word "nigga" was used in SA and IV. To my knowledge, only "ni**er" in it's full form was used once in IV by Gerald. Aside from that, I can't remember any instances of the full "ni**er" word. Who do you think will say the word? Will it be Franklin with his homies? Will it be Trevor towards Franklin? Will it be NPCs or Pedestrians? You know black people don't call each other "ni**er", they take out the "er" and replace with a "A", and you should also know it's said with a different context/meaning when one black guy says it to another, it can mean many things, depending on the situation, but it's never used or pronounced in the way that, a person saying it as a racial insult, so no Franklin wouldn't say that to "his homies". I don't understand why so many non-black people get a hard-on for wanting to say this word. Thanks for clearing it up for me. But why can black people call each other "nigga", but if a white person calls a black person "nigga", there's a sh*tstorm? Apparently it's their word. That's not fair. Why do black people have a word to themselves that anyone who isn't black can't use? As long as Rockstar doesn't give the message promoting that it's OK to use in a negative context, it shouldn't be a big deal for characters to say ni**er. You're asking questions no one here can/nor should answer, this is a GTA V forum, not a societal debate forum, I don't really think we (black ppl) should use it in any context either, others may disagree, but a major difference is, when it is said by one AA to another, it's never meant as a means to disparage, demean, belittle, or make the entire race of AA's seem less than human, I'm not sure how old you are Twisters, but you obviously know the history behind the word, so why would you or anyone want to say it in that form, (ending in "er" unless you wanted to do one of the things I listed above? Maybe you have ran into a great number of blacks who do it, but that does not make blacks homogeneous in the fact that they all use it. If you think R* is going to have one of their protagonists use the most controversial racial slur, you're high. That's essentially glorifying use of the word. It'll be an enemy, possibly one of the main antagonists, just to drive the point home on their repulsiveness. Edit: I wonder if the ratings board differentiates between nigga and ni**er.
