I remember the word "nigga" was used in SA and IV. To my knowledge, only "ni**er" in it's full form was used once in IV by Gerald. Aside from that, I can't remember any instances of the full "ni**er" word. Who do you think will say the word? Will it be Franklin with his homies? Will it be Trevor towards Franklin? Then Franklin belts him in the mouth, and we get a tutorial to the new hand-to-hand combat system. Probably not, but it would be an... interesting way to show us the new system. Odds on who would say it? A friend of Trevor's, maybe an associate or someone from a biker gang for the racial way, and most likely Franklin/co. in the casual way. You know black people don't call each other "ni**er", they take out the "er" and replace with a "A", and you should also know it's said with a different context/meaning when one black guy says it to another, it can mean many things, depending on the situation, but it's never used or pronounced in the way that, a person saying it as a racial insult, so no Franklin wouldn't say that to "his homies".
