Well some stores do some things like modding ps3 to have mulitman (this thing allow you to play some backups games in the ps3 hdd or using an hdd outside the ps3) and they didn't close the shop because of this so don't think you guys that we will not get the game. I was in Dubai when The Last of Us was about to be released, and i got the game 2 weeks earlier from release date without pre ordering.. I am gonna be in Dubai in September too... Huraaaaaaaaaayy for me Middle East : yea in syria bf3 was available 1 week earlier so is max payne 3 and fifa 13 was available like 2 weeks earlier .
