I could totally see Rockstar showing off GTA V at the 3-4 largest gaming conference of the year less than 30 days from the release date of their game in a country like Germany. People see E3 and think yeah this dude is lying no way Rockstar is at Gamescon, but E3 is the biggest gaming event of the year held in Los Angeles, California, USA.
