I think it would be enhanced in the sense that next gen would use the same high-res textures, more advanced lighting system and dx11 (or equivalent) graphics features that you'd probably expect to find in the PC version. Think of the differences graphically that GTA:IV had when it was ported to PC (ignoring the performance issues for a moment). I would hope they'd take advantage of the extra memory too. More cars and peds on screen at once, that sort of thing. It would be stupid to spend a jear porting V when they could've just begun making VI. Selwood24 Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 I think we'll see GTA V on PS4 & Xbox One for sure, im no coder but i guess it would be easier to port a current gen game to next gen this time than it was to port PS2 games to HD etc. Maybe they'll let another company do the port, depends on cost and how much they make off GTA V, but yeah sometime next year GTA V will be available on PS4 & X One, they would be stupid not to considering it would make them a ton more money. GTA V was developed for XBOX360, PS3 and PC side by side like Max Payne 3 was, and the PC version will be like Max Payne 3, which means it will be (already is being) ported for Next gen. And all of them are less then 6 Months away. Now bookmark it and fell free to bash me if I'm proven wrong, this is just common sense not any special knowledge on anything or inside info trolling. When the Division was presented in E3 a lot of people complained that the game was next gen only, and I said all along that was BS. The PC is primarily codded for PC and then ported for Next Gen, not the other way around. That was just a marketing stunt. Yesterday was officially announced that it will be in the PC after all, and now the idiots that signed that lame petition think they're 140k signatures made that happen.
