They can send only one PM every hour and they can post once every five minutes with the standard flood control being sixty seconds. No. That happens only in the case the moderators are already on the forums, but that rarely happens and it takes several hours. Someone gave an idea of limiting the priviledge of posting pictures until certain number of posts is reached. And the forum software itself blocking too large images would help, AFAIK GTANetwork is going through small changes, so if it's possible, it would really be a helpful update. Well the way I see it is that Moderators and Administrators can come on at any time. Sometimes it does take hours but thats because those people have things to attend to outside of the forums. Even if it does take hours, at 5 minute flood control new members have they can only make 12 posts per hour, not that many if you think about it. New members should be blocked/prevented from posting Total Conversions. Maybe something like, you need to have 10 mods to submit a TC, or ask moderator for it, and if he/she thinks you're skilled enough for TC, you can submit it. Just look at this anaconda guy, he submitted at least 15 TCs in less than a month. Disastrous. Sorry for going off-topic, I thought this would be better than posting a new topic.
