OK. I will check tomorrow, dont have enough time today.

BWT, fading out is really bad currently. Like Reyks said - a lot of objects and trees are popping-up.

Um, another wild guess - try to remove Task = unlimited from ini.

Still crashes: http://pastebin.com/Wz1zUbns

 

It won't crash so easily if you fly around for a few minutes, just played for about an hour flying around, driving, blowing sh*t up and dying a couple times, still it suddenly crashed at some point.

For now we've lost the battle against those LODs warriors :(

The battle remains but so many blood have shed.

Are you sure it's not crashes without the mod? Because it seems like crash is related to animations, and I didn't touch animations.

Also try to test without ClumpModels = unlimited.

- ini file with some options

- increased lampposts draw distance

- removed cutscene platipus coronas

I found out it depends on places. I tried different settings, draw distance aswell as of sa_draw_changer as without and of timecyc.

It actually should not crash, the problem are the places. I have been driving to those places and they always crash.

Do I avoid that place, I can play SA till my ass cringe.

I've been testing out the VC version for awhile now, the last two builds. I have a question about the DAT files.

I've tried editing them, deleting entries, even deleting the DAT files altogether. It seems they have no effect on anything.

I'd like to run just the min_dat as many of the coronas elsewhere are a bit to overwhelming for me. Is there a way I can do this?

What do you mean it have no effect? If you delete .dat file you will have no coronas, otherwise you're doing something wrong.

Check your mods then, I drove around this place with YSOHNUL cheat until player starved to death, no crashes, nothing.

Also made a workaround for TOBJS draw distance crash.

I also used this cheat but after some time game acting like player is in underwater and cj's health start reducing.Is this is a bug?

Oh, you already checked that. Nice, I get crash too.

In my case I can stand on Groove street for hours and than BAM - crash.

 

Check your mods then, I drove around this place with YSOHNUL cheat until player starved to death, no crashes, nothing.

Also made a workaround for TOBJS draw distance crash.

 

Try to use 10x game speed. No starving and crashes pretty soon.

No, that is not bug. With that cheat days change faster so CJ starts to starve and loses his health without food.

I don't think Cj loose his health without food and with this cheat i hear some underwater sounds(when player's lung capacity vanished )and than he start loosing health.

Believe it or not but he does lose health when hungry (although that's pretty hard to achieve without that cheat), btw these "underwater" sounds you're hearing may just be CJ's stomach growling :p.

So, I just left SA running in the background for a few hours(5 hours or so), don't know what crashes are you talking about. Everything is working fine.

Something about the flickering screen problem. Download the traffic switcher cleo by fastman92, and disable traffic. They play the game, make sure to set your memory on OLA to 30%. I've played on a empty map for nearly 40 minutes, get the memory usage up to 897 MB and no sign of the bug. Maybe it's related to vehicle streaming?

Define flickering screen problem. If it's the same flickering when camera looks down, it was fixed a long time ago, by increasing StreamingObjectInstancesList limit(which was set to 7500 for some reason in v2.5, when original limit is 12000).

What do you mean it have no effect? If you delete .dat file you will have no coronas, otherwise you're doing something wrong.

 

Ok I just checked it for the fourth time again and I delete the DAT file and the coronas are still there. Just have the ASI and INI file and nothing changes.

It can't show coronas without dat file, that's simply not possible. Maybe you forgot to delete old version from scripts folder or something.
