GTA IVs multiplayer rewarded players who knew how to shoot for the head. Hopefully this comes back, not sure if it was in RDR and MP3(didnt play the mp much in both)

It would also be good if the spread of guns when firing them fully automatic would return from IV.

What are your thoughts on this?

Red Dead was a one-hit headshot, and so it should be...

Never noticed this.

Me either, I only played GTA so I was so used to double tappin.

Probably take less bodyshots to kill someone too. I actually liked that you could get into some long battles in GTA IV, dancing from side to side dodging bullets.

I hope we have slower TTK (time to kill) in GTAO, makes for more interesting battles, and less about who sees who first.

Slower rime to kill with bodyshots but headshots should be 2 or 4(with armor)

I don't really like too big damage discrepancies with headshots considering they can also happen at random, specially with shotties (and I say this as a shotty guy), and if people can still end a fight super fast by shooting at the head there isn't much point at making the body take more damage, anyways I expect the game will have pretty fast ttk and lots of 1 hit kills, just like most games out there, sadly.

I may be wrong here because I haven't play Red Dead Redemption in quite a while but I'm almost 99% sure that when playing some Multiplayer 'competitive' modes that it did indeed register headshots and even had its own display next to 'kills', 'deaths', 'kills robbed', and what not.

This.

I hope it's 1 shot kill. If not, 1 shot kill for free aimers.

You said you wanted 2 hit kill in the head and 4 with armor and now you say "hell yes" to one hit kills with almost every weapon bar a few with armor on?

None of those weapons had one hit kills in the body, I don't care if headshots kill in one or two shots just as long as they reward skilled shooters.

I would like a 1 shot headshot kill and 2 shot body shot kill but considering it's a game it'll probably be 3-4 body shot or 2 shot headshot kills.

It doesn't take that much effort to headshot with an automatic weapon.

That's why they should bring the spread feom GTA IV back so people can't just spray all over the place and expect a kill.
