Crews from Max Payne 3 can be used in GTA V from day one!

 

Yes. If you created any crew in Max Payne 3 via Rockstar Games Social Club, you will be able to use them in GTA V multiplayer from day one. Source

Events Timeline.

 

March:22:2012: First Multiplayer News - Crews from Max Payne 3 can be used in GTA V.

May:17:2013: Rockstar hints at first multiplayer info 'soon'.

Aug:12:2013: Rockstar confirms GTA:Online preview and video. Set to be released on August 15th, 2013.
