Can you guys read? His asking if he'll make an appearance on Thursday's Online Reveal.. And it's anyone's guess. I don't think he will tbh considering his only including in the Collectors Edition.

I think they might show the character selection for character customization, so you might see him since they mentioned him, but leave a few others for surprises.

I have to wonder if the classic characters will have their own voices. Will there be new recordings, or will it be recycled? Either way, I believe that means R* would have to pay those voice actors again. I know Michael Hollick has gotten over his "low pay" issue, but I have to wonder about Ray Liotta. I'm not sure if he'd like to do business again with R*. So, Tommy Vercetti might be a scrapped idea, voiced by a (possibly) similar sounding person, or have a generic voice (just being the skin of Tommy).

I don't think they would advertise Collector's Edition content... But, as already stated, it's anyone's guess.

I very much doubt it, he might be a skin for the CE but R* will want to keep IV and V separate in all marketing material.

The OP is asking of Niko will be in the gameplay video on Thursday, not if he will be in GTAO.

 

Some other folks here have misread the question.
