As a resident of the real life counterpart of Blaine County, it's been fascinating seeing the area around me come to life in a video game. On the flip-side, the WORST part has been watching the whiney bitches destroy the integrity of that thread over the last few hundred pages. It was once an awesome display of research and mapping talent. Then the recent newcomers turned into a PMS-induced session of pissing and moaning. R.I.P., Mapping Thread! No, he wants to GET OUT of the ghetto, and the recent screenshots justify just how much he wants to live the high life. Ultimately UT, I get that you were just expressing your opinion and that you're probably not a racist, but you went about this ALL wrong and it's your own fault that you got the hate that you got. When gta 6 is coming out, don't complain to everyone if one protagonist is black and from the ghetto. Also the guy who claimed to be a janitor at some well reputed game magazine who did an interview with rock star and showed the dummy transcript of the fake and stupid interview which starts off with "hey Mr. Houser how is everything?" And Dan houser replied with "way too busy with gtA v" or something stupid like that. I also remember bud and carljohnsonsbrotherbrian analyzing take two's stockholders meetings. My uncle's a vile racist but he's a huge NFL fan (a league that is 60% black - he even cheers for the blacks on his team -does that make him less of a bigot? Would I bring my black boyfriend within his vicinity? Hell no). I also watched a documentary ages ago of a KKK family who were really into black/soul artists from the 70s - does that make them less of a racist? NOTE: I'm not calling you a racist at all (I don't think you are) but you mentioning that you liked the black Vic, in my opinion, doesn't do anything. How can we forget steaks? What part of the V speculation-days will you guys remember? I just love looking back to our reactions when all the first major news pieces were released, and all about how we've been speculating and guessing everything about this game, and some of it being true. I hate that name for so long. I didn't buy it until just a couple months ago. It's a great game but constantly hearing about Max Payne 3 for months on end was a pain the ass. • The infamous line "A few weeks or so." There was topic after topic where people would argue over the definition of "few". Eventually it was decided that Rockstar does not define words like "few" or "soon" the same as everyone else in the world. They do not recognise the dictionary's we use. Also, this line has turned into a "joke". At least people think it's funny and smart when they say it but it is neither. When I hear that line it brings back bad memories. • Refering to Michael as Ned Luke or Balcony Guy. Franklin as Red Car Guy or Hispanic Guy. • People arguing that the person in the screenshot at the docks shooting at the helicopter at night was Franklin and not a new character. The person was in fact Trevor who we had not seen up until this point. • 2405. Need I say more? • Waiting for a second trailer. We waited over a year for it. It was hell. • Spending every first Thursday of the month waiting on Game Informer revealing their new magazine cover. As soon as it was revealed to not be GTA V someone would create a new topic within seconds to talk about the NEXT months cover reveal. It was never ending. Super Mario anyone? hahahaha. • People listening into T2's quarterly financial conferences for any new hint of GTA V. People would make huge posts talking about all sorts of financial sh*t. I actually learned a lot during this but the conferences were pretty much useless and boring except for a few troll call ins. • Spring 2013.
