If standard, go for Amazon, as all the times I've pre-ordered games from there, they've come atleast a day early. But if special, you'll have to go to GAME, as it's exclusive to there, but it won't matter as GAME normally delivers a day early whenever I've ordered from them. That's reassuring cos it's the first time I've pre-ordered anything from Amazon. I've actually set my GTAV countdown date to 16th of September. GAME - has the special edition exclusive, in my experience I've always received games a day early Amazon - reading a lot of positive reviews about Amazon ensuring that people will receive it on release day Shopto - same positive reviews about receiving it on time, and some people have experience with it also delivering a day early Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pretty much this However no matter which shop to get it from people will always say that they had problems with that shop, so if i was you GAME, Amazon or Shopto.net depending on which type of edition you want. Theres a small game shop where my friend goes and they sell games a few days early, i got BO2 on the Saturday before the Tuesday release date, 3 days early!! Now if they do this with GTAV then that would be amazing but im a bit skeptical this time, and i wont find out if they are selling early till near release. Or I was thinking of pre-order from Blockbuster in store as there is one near me, and pick up release day, but can you pre-order in store at Blockbuster? Never used them before. Or theres Tesco midnight release which is like a 5 min walk from me, its a 24 hour Tesco so im sure they will sell it at midnight, they have before, though I guess a phone call on the Monday to ask them wouldn't hurt. Or pre-order online, which would probably be from ShopTo, they give you £5 credit to your account if they fail to deliver it to you on release day, im sure they dont want to GIVE away money lol. Amazon - Cheaper than ShopTo for the normal edition. Game - Costs a little more than Amazon but tend to get the game to you on release. Tesco - This is where I went with as currently(up to the 18th) they have £5 off when you spend £35 or more on pre orders. They sell the normal edition of GTA V for £40 so I got it for £35. I've made a pre order at Tesco before and they sometimes get the game to you early but most the time on release day. The main draw here is the price.
