I don't think he'll be anymore annoying than the partners during LA Noire's freeroam. Infact we'll probably forget he's there most of the time. It's not like he needs a leash atleast what the gameplay video shows. It maybe annoying if he constantly attacks rival gang members and causing a dispute however. Hopefully he serves more like a protector. I'd love it if Franklin's being attacked and Chop starts chomping on their arm/leg. I really don't see any need to kill him. In real life, I'm not going to throw a dog off a mountain, in the same way that I'm not going hijack a combine harvester, and drive it down a busy pedestrianised street and churn up innocent shoppers into little pieces. It is the first time an interactive animal is in a GTA game, and I can't wait to see what I can do with Chop. You can leave chop at home, you don't have to have him with you 2. You won't be able to kill him because he's a friendly and is part of the story 3. Why the f*ck even if it's a video game would you want to kill one of the coolest dogs, not to mention if you shot him he would wail in pain and it would be very disturbing. It's not about right or wrong,it's just do what you want to do in a GAME.It includes killing everything that moves be it man or an animal. Sometimes I do this crazy sh*t in GTA just to see how I would feel about it.I don't feel too good entering a hospital in GTA IV and killing everyone with a shotgun but I did it,because I understand it's just a game.It's also good to kind of bring out the dark side of yourself and game like GTA is the best way to channel that negative energy.As long as you don't have any desire to do it IRL it's cool.What we like about GTA?It's freedom! BTW in fallout games you can be a real devil and do some sick sh*t.You can kill animals too,be a cannibal....So what?I still don't have any desire to hurt anyone IRL. Why will I kill Chop(eventually)? Just for the fact that I can.Just for the fact that I can feel the true freedom that GTA provides.Nothing more.I don't hate him.He will be a good companion that I will care about.
