Buy and sell good for your company?

Buy and sell goods for your company.

 

So we can own businesses in GTA V.

Does this mean that you just buy it and collect money every now and then? Or is there more to it?

 

Let's say you buy a farm.

You have a piece of empty land on which you can work.

 

1. You buy cows, for milk and meat.

- You'll have to buy a fence, and machinery for the cow.

- Everything you buy or create will appear on the piece of land

- You can sell the milk and meat and even select a price for it. Too high a price and no one will buy the milk and meat. Too low a price will result in a loss.

2. You want some corn!

- The corn will grow as time goes by, and once it's ready, it can be sold.

- You need staff, they want salary! The more you pay, the better work they do! It will result in a better product, which can be sold for more!

 

This is just an idea of how I think it will work. Probably in less detail, but still would be cool.

manage staff, price. machines.

destroy competitor drink vending machines and factorys.

 

buy a newspaper company and discredit competitor companys

I think it would be like vice city and san andreas where you just buy something and collect the money it would be pretty cool if you could own a car showroom and sell cars that you stolen and change the plates ect and go around destroying the competitors showroom

You just buy something and they you recieve cash,thats all.

I imagine you might have to buy and sell (or steal) things for your individual businesses in order to increase profits and stock. Doubt it'd get right down to micro-managing each one though.

No that's okay. Still I imagine there may be some more too it in V if you can buy listed companies, you may need to ensure the stock values stay up etc. by keeping the business profitable.

That is gonna happen automatically in the game pretty much, unless there is an attack on your business. I'm sure we can buy strip clubs now, and already confirmed garages and buying stocks alone. If we could actually buy stocks for MOST businesses in the game, then there is a way to increase your profits 100%.

It would be pretty good if we can illegally manipulate the stock market, and so long as they can incorporate it in a fairly easy to use way (but no so easy you can just keep doing it) then I don't see why we can't have this, I mean we'll be out robbing banks so it would hardly be an ethical issue stopping the protags doing that ha!

Christ almighty some people are going to be really disappointed on 17th of September when they find out they've bought GTA and not a business simulator.

 

Do you think I'll be able to buy a shop and buy an oven and make cupcakes? Maybe employ some staff and take my tax returns to the accountant? Maybe there will be a choice of tablecloths and brooms I can sweep the floor with.

Lol, I was literally thinking of that now, just didn't know how to word it.

 

But that would be hard to implement, though very possible. The only way we could do that is if we completely bankrupt that bank, maybe even destroy it, just after buying the stocks after robbing it. WALL STREET STYLE.

The business side needs improving, perhaps not to the extent most people want it, I mean who wants to spend all their time maintaining a business but if we had VCS, VC and SA mixed up together we would be alright.

If they'd make it that you can own a business, but you don't have to, because it's just a way to make more money, everyone would be satisfied.
