They may go over info to the nth degree when there is little else to go on, but good on them for sticking at it. and.. when they do have info, including exclusive interview, demo reviews etc it is well worth a listen in my opinion. It's amusing how many people here feel the need to bash them, when these same people spend their lives lurking on these forums hoping for the tiniest info nugget to appear, when in actuality, most of what is posted here is, at best, nothing more than conjecture, rumours or plain old wishful thinking. I'm looking forward to their next podcast, as I have for the previous ones, i'm also keen to see the R* hype train start to get moving! It's amusing how many people here feel the need to support them. Why not support them? They have had eyes on the game before anyone on these forums and gave us far more detailed info than most I can mention, they have posted a good and detailed interview with a R* North employee, who else has done this? They appear to have a good relationship with R* - and, they come across as genuine fans of the game. 1. No they haven't 'had eyes' on this game before anyone else. 2. They've given us no detailed information, no information we didn't get from other sources beforehand. 3. The interview with rockstar was wasted, same questions we knew the answers to already. 4. They don't know much about the GTA series at all and come across as noobs. So yeah, stop blindly supporting them For # 3: Do you honestly think they would have been able to ask questions about whatever they wanted? You don't think there was a general script or certain things they couldn't ask? Did you notice that the R* employee didn't say "sorry I can comment on that right now" a whole lot, much like normal unplanned interviews usually play out? CVG knows what information is known and what is not known. They have been compiling news, rumors, and speculations about this game from day 1, with multiple references from this forum. I'm not specifically attacking anyone here, this is just a general statement: People are literally bashing these guys for any reason they can think of. Don't like them? Then ignore them. Notably: -There is an impound in the game where your car will go if you leave it on the map somewhere. R* still has to launch the official website and maybe we may get an announcement of the new GTA V gameplay video or hands on previews. This week will sure be hectic on the GTA forums with all of the big news coming out. Almost 30 days until GTA V comes out. Wow time really flies, lets get this week started already. Lol what is with you when it comes to them anyways? You don't like them, we get it. Not saying everyone has to like them, but half your complaints just seem made up. Claiming they seem like GTA noobs, seriously?? It couldn't be more obvious they're obsessed with this series, past and present. That's what I like about them compared to the other sites. EDIT: On topic, I gotta admit I'm not that excited for GTA Online news, I'm just not really an MP gamer. But I get why most gamers would be excited for it. They had a very cool interview with one of the Rockstar developers early on, they were able to get their hands on a demo and I really never heard them say they had "exclusive information" or something like that, other than the interview (wich actually was exclusive). So, I don't really understand why would someone so furiously dislike the show when all they do is talk (in a very cool way) of the game we're all waiting for. I don't know... I been watching it every week for a couple of months now and they pinpoint some of the new data I always seem to miss for some reason. I think because I am kind of slow and never really pay a lot of attention to the details. They do all the hard work! I miss something, they analyse it nice and slow so I can get it .
