Are there any gtalike vehicle mod?

I'm looking for a vehicle mod that really fit gta, I mean all the fictional cars, because most of vehicle mods that i've found were real car mods, that i don't find this mod blend togather with the atmosphere of gta sa, if you know what i mean...

 

I can give you an example, the police car from gostown map, model is remodeled from the vc police with a new black white texture
