Got a replacement after that, and I have once more hardly used it at all in the last 2 years; and when V comes out it'll be running a lot. So yeah, I'm a bit nervous. They CANT release game which will destroy consoles,also RROD problem was solved with 3rd generation of fat xbox. Yes there are still some errors but there are also dead PS3's. EDIT: If your console dies while you playing GTA then its not because GTA its because your console was half dead before you put GTA disc in. So I don't get why everyone's so paranoid, just keep it in a nice ventilated area and keep the dust off it. Basically take care of your things and everything will be fine. The only game I play online is IV and PS3 has less modders and the modders CANNOT freeze your system. Since I only play IV online I don't care about cross game chat. I never use my headset. Xbox maintains it's online gaming much better & with their new & anti-trolling policies will be even better. I'd rather play on the Online system that wasn't out of service for 6 months. justin428 Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 I had an old 360 from '06. Then it got some kind of error, maybe rrod, and I had a local fixer guy reheat the circuit board. Something like that. Anyway from then on it was fine but I worried it would never handle V properly so I just preordered the V ps3 bundle. So yeah I was concerned about that too. edit: Oh, and I traded it into GameStop for $112.50 of credits that I put toward my new bundle. Good deal I say.
