Suburbs of Los Santos

I hope the suburbs of los santos are done well. I will be disappointed if they are not. Suburbs in IV were practically non existent. R* has neglected the suburbs in the past. I don't want to see just a few houses with picket fences. I want it to be accurate with business men carrying briefcases talking stocks and mergers. I want to see well dressed joggers and so on.

The northern part of Alderney was the most realistic suburb I've ever seen in any GTA game, I'll give it that

So far there are four suburb areas of LS:

 

Rockford Hills (Upper-class)

Vespucci (Upper-middle class)

Echo Park (Middle class)

South LS (Lower class)

Im hoping there's at least some small suburbs outside the main LS area. Maybe in the desert there will be an area with a few rows of houses (IRL Palmdale/Lanecaster) or another area by the vineyards and farmland (IRL Oxnard)

Tatavian Mountains Neighborhood - Middle Class

Ganton - Lower Class

 

I all honesty I wouldn't consider Rockford or Vinewood Hills as outer suburbs and we all know Ganton is inner. The neighborhood bordering the Tatavian Mountains and dam are the actual outer suburbs and they'll feel the most secluded from the city. I had hoped for some more suburbia west of the Los Santos River and north of Vinewood Hills but I guess I was wrong. Call me crazy but more suburbs would've been cool because it would give us more places to live as well as property diversity and... I don't know, lol, I just like suburbs

Good point actually there's no proper like neighbourhoodly area's on GTA its usually the big city and a few safe houses/apartments. But no actual neighbourhoods with houses and fences and streets. There is on the trailer a guy outside a house with a picket fence nailing down a 'for sale' sign though so probably

That area is the same neighborhood near Echo Park.

I think itl be very detailed, in the first game press demo they reported that in rockford hills there were perfectly mowed lawns with synchronised sprinklers going off and immaculate houses, gardeners working on gardens etc, that was November of past year, given all the extra time they've had to improve I doubt youl be dissapointed
