Thats right, complain. Lets put it a different way, Rockstar are touting the ocean as a big deal because it is going to be a big deal, everything you expect to find in southern California's oceans, is bound to be there. NYC PATROL Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 They are giving us a Submarine so hopefully that means there are some real deep spots that would be faster to reach with a sub than say scuba gear. You can see whales from the surface since they are mammals and octopi would be very interesting. Would be sweet if you could swim so deep you sub or gear depressurizes and your head explodes.
