GTA V Damage Model

Hello fellow V fans! Do you think they will use the same damage model as they did in GTA IV, or like the other engines, have upgraded it? I thought that the damage model back in IV was brilliant and it wasn't just some generic system on how parts were deformed. I know we have seen some damage in trailers already (especially in the cut-scene where the Maserati looking vehicle dodges the people carrier), but I hope they have increased the sensitivity of the damage model and also added features such as:

- Wheels falling off without the car blowing up

- Bumpers able to fall off rather than just hang off

- Bonnets not falling off the car or opening as soon as you hit the front end

- Slight increase in the damage done to your car during a crash

- When you crash and turn the car over, they will roll more easily and multiple times if going fast enough (Physics)

 

You kinda get the idea, hopefully! What do you guys want to see from the Physics and Damage engine/model in V!?

GTA IV damage was okay-ish, but it should be improved

 

 

So for example you bought $1,000,000 car and you're driving it fast, once you crash you should be able to say ''OH f*ck me, what have i done''

Because the games out in just over a month... and I also finish work in 6 hours from a 12 hr shift and have 4 days off : happy.gif
