I like how realistic breaking fences are. There's plenty of fence at Beachgate to break.

 

It's not a 'special' feature that I go out of my way to do, though. Nonetheless, It's a nice detail that was added.

I like taking a baseball bat and beating cars with it. The damage it makes on cars is dynamic. You can literally warp a windshield before it breaks, or make all kinds of funky looking dents.
