King Andreas Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 (edited) I'm getting the impression this pertains to Never mind, I just noticed a Hot-knife appearing during vigilante missions a moment ago. Needless to say, they won't appear beyond level 2 due to the Hot-knife being 2-seated. However, they (as far as I've seen) never appear in normal traffic without game alterations. OrionSR Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 (edited) Yeah, the Hotknife might spawn as the target vehicle during the first two levels of vigilante. I've had reasonably good luck restarting the mission in the Rodeo area. In my experience, the Hotknife spawns much more frequently than the Phoenix. fnxrak Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Definitely for every phoenix I got it spawned me 20-30 hotknifes I even got hotknifes spawning 2 times in a row. The hardest ones are Turismo and Bullet and even worst are the Phoenix and the Glitched NRG-500 for those can wait for hell to freeze . Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Don't worry it isn't nowhere near rare as Phoenix, actually it's quite common. Only difference between Hotknife from Driving school and that one in vigilante is that HK in Driving school has unique plate. But it isn't worth mentioning since the plate will get deleted once you store the vehicle in garage. Obviously Hotknife can't be seen in normal traffic without mods. Pheonix can be got from one San Fierro race easily while Hotknife can be obtained only all gold medals from driving schools. But getting all golds from driving school is very difficult. So in my opinion Hotknife is the rarest vehicle to obtain for unskilled drivers if neglecting Vigilante missions. If we are talking about FP/EP one, then definitely Pheonix is the rarest. How ever, I have completed Gray Imports unfortunately after lots of unsuccessful attempts to see a Pheonix and will satisfy with this price. Surprisingly I got this Hotknife in my very first attempt of Vigilante. Interesting Update: I could saw 2 Babara characters as criminals on same car at level 2 Vigilante mission. Those 2 persons were exactly same as Babara and this is very interesting. Can this be happen? I thought girl friends and other main characters are unique and never found as pedestrians or criminals.
