Are you kidding me... so it's a shadow, just exactly where a goatee would be?...dummies. If it where a shadow from his hand or from the direction of the cop lights, it would cover much more than just the tip of his chin. Because I'm black and I have that same haircut. Beards aren't the same as the hair on you're head. They grow differently, with different texture on a different shaped surface.
