Not everyone on steam has a PC only like most of you guys here, they can advertise their product anywhere just to get those that have consoles informed. There are 2 different petitions for the PC release and each petition alone has already reached more than 320,000 signs. Author of this text hasn't even done a good research for that article. I'm not quite sure on this one now, but I read somewhere a rule about Steam, that it's not allowed to advertise videogames there that that will not eventually release for the PC platform. If that's indeed the case, then it's a bigger deal than you think.
