Frander
That looks retarded, but sure why not. You clearly didn't read what I said in the beginning and it may look "retarded" to you because you're not into cars. I hope this is not your first time seeing a car like this.. That's not why it looked restarted. It looks like GARBAGE because f*cking idiots like you like to Destroy good looking cars. Lowering any car is wrong. Not to mention ugly as sin. And in the real world illegal in some areas. Of course most dipsh*ts that lower them are Mexicans, white guys that think they are black. And on a very rare occasion a few black guys as well. But you people have a LOT to learn about cars. You have a first grade education obviously and need to be slapped around a few times before you can learn what anything is let alone a car. The fact anyone that thinks a car looks good when its literally SCRAPING against the ground has no brain in their goddamn head. I don't wanna start on the wrong foot here since im NEW if you had a brain to even read the beginning of my post.. <.< Why you mad brah? If you don't like it, why did you bother commenting? You guys always wanna start some stupid discussion. Go somewhere will you? And take your "knowledge" somewhere else. It may look stupid to YOU, but to others its amazing. Look up StanceNation on facebook and see how many "idiots" liked the page. So, you Got mad in like the third post in this thread at someone for not liking your photoshopped vw piece of sh*t. he had his opinion. Now you're mad at someone for not respecting your opinion? Are you retarded sir?
Istoned
Since I will be spending most of my time in the countryside, I'm hoping we can go the opposite and get those tires away from the wheel well.
Dope_0110
Well.. those do look quite retarded. I don't really see the point of lowering the car that much. But we'll probably get a certain level of lowering it for better handling or raising it for easier driving in the countryside.I don't mind if it's in, but I'll never lover the car like some of the pictures posted here, in game or in real life, it's ridiculous. Giles Flaggot 1
Hello Mr. Poster! My my, so much hissing, why can't so many gentlemen have a decent discussion about vehicle suspension? Strange times, I guess some are more 'passionate' than others To answer your question Senyor, GTA IV had the Voodoo vehicle, a classic Cadillac replica (low rider) with very low suspension and exhausts on the side skirts, this vehicle was a breeze to drive. Now, if you look at your pic, that is lowering suspension at its most EXTREME, some tend to frown upon modifying/destroying a beautiful vehicle in such a way. We're waiting for a video game, this is not real life the OP was talking about, options in a video game - letting our imagination combust in a fictional virtual reality world. I say add it R* !!! Why not???
SesameStPimp
Lowering a car looks f*cking stupid. If you want a stupid looking car, just go buy a Prius like the rest of the fa**ots.

Flashify
We will without a doubt be able to lower our vehicles. It's such a popular and good modification to not be. P.s Car talk? PM me.
Toshio_maxoS
Hey guys. Im new here so please be nice. If this is in the wrong place or something, let me know or a mod can move it. But anyways, I wanted to ask if anyone has a good idea if we will be able to lower our cars since R* said that we can modify our cars' suspension and it can either be for show or for also riding around in. I will show you guys an image so you can know what im talking about. Sorry if the image is kinda big, didn't know how to make it smaller. http://www.digimods.co.uk/cars/cars/497.jpg You can use Copy+paste into Paint and change the size of the pic If we can tune cars, why not lower them, even if it's looks like sh*t
TheHotHead
Would love to do something like this but I don't think the USA has Utes like this The best car to come out of Australia, the Maloo. Bagged Maloo's are f*cking hot! Mmmmmmm
customkingpimp
Airride is for kids... Big boys dont use airride Also no,there will be just some sport/racing suspenssion so cars will go just a little bit lower...imo Did you really just say that? Sounds like someone has little man syndrome. Pretty sure this is more bad ass than that little red thing you posted. both are nice.. Its all a matter of opinion, but for someone to like cars, and to knock a culture, not a real car person.
kadava
Just shoot the wheels a couple of times for lowering cars, it worked in IV
rodrich266
Yes I would like that option, and since GameInformer said the car customization is on the same level as Midnight Club Los Angeles (which allowed us to lower the height of the car) I think it will be possible

truthful
Proabaly won't be in the game to the extent of the first post..but its a popular mod IRL, there should be a bit of it in game. BUT what's the point of that IRL? If you drive up a .5" incline the bottom of the car is instantly destroyed lol
Blingy
The concept of people not understanding physics of vehicles and maybe even the concept of vehicles itself boggles my mind. Why would somebody who knows nothing about a vehicle post in a vehicle thread? In regards to the OP: I really hope so. I feel like it would be almost exact to MC:LA's way of lowering, in that it all depended on your tire profile (which confused me, but what can ya do, y'know?) but although I don't understand the lowering of vehicles THAT low (unless it's some old American Iron), but who knows? Also, I can't wrap my head around big boys not using AirRide? It's only been proven on Autocross tracks coast to coast?

I don't want it to be like that in the game, unless you can lower it all the way to the ground but you can't drive it cause it's too low. Only for like a car show or something. TheQuestfor100Percent
Lowering cars for the intentions of improving the handling is great. The car OP posted is not a good example. The car posted is lowered for purely aesthetic reasons. That's fine if you want to do that, it should be one of the modifications we can do. It should be known that lowering a car that much does nothing performance wise. Lowering to an extent will improve handling by lowering the center of gravity. That Sabre Gt we keep seeing Trevor driving looks lowered to me.

AshMan306
Take a look at my sig . That was done via a game save hack for GT5. Lowering cars is only to reduce the center of gravity i.e to make them handle better in the bends.
Cutter De Blanc
It looks goofy, but there's nothing wrong with that. I can imagine that "scrape the ground" suspension on a Perennial. That's gangstalicious.
