What sucks is that it had to replace the Testarossa. What they should have done was name the current Cheetah something else and then make the Testarossa again. I honestly think Rockstar were being assholes when they revealed the Cheetah. They knew we were bitching for it so they gave us the Cheetah... but it wasn't exactly what most people wanted. The new Cheetah is cool but nothing beats a good 'ol Testarossa and I want it in the game. OT: The dirt roads in the game disappoint me. Seriously IV didn't have enough but it looks like V has them everywhere that seems to be scenic. I mean WTF? I want to drive fast cars on scenic tarmac roads, I don't want everything dirt. Upon reading your post's heading, the first thing that popped into mind was exotic car handling, so it was funny that you mentioned the Cheetah Mine would be the 9F handling (Audi R8 replica) This vehicle's handling had me feeling extremely disappointed in the gameplay trailer. Reminds me of the horrendous Saints Row 2 driving It's seen blasting through the street at night during rainfall and speeds past a Mercedes G-Class SUV type vehicle. I hope we can make exotics heavier as we could in Forza Horizon by adding rollbars and bigger rims adding to the vehicles weight thus making the handling less agile. Yeah, I hope at least in multiplayer there won't be any bursts or special abilities like in MP3. Straight on honest fighting, no gimmicks. And in PvP modes same guns for everyone. But that is yet to be determined as mp info is not out yet. Pretty sure special abilities aren't in MP.
