Ambient_ Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 So it's fairly obvious that GTA:V will have a plot twist in some way or another, but what that is we don't know. So, use this thread to predict possible outcomes, here are mine: - Trevor goes and kills the Lost gang members, provoking a full-fletched gang-war and the widespread vilification of the trio. - Franklin engages in a gang-war accidentally kills a Policeman, causing him to get locked away for some part of the game. - Michael makes a deal with the FBI to rat on the other two (this is the one everybody comes up with, I don't expect this). - A terrorist warning causes a state-wide lockdown, stopping the characters from leaving the city for some part of the game. - A Police sting operation causes Michael to get locked away during some part of the story when he deals with drugs. - Like in IV, Franklin's business gets attacked by an opposing gang. - Michael's family get murdered, he goes after their killers and gets killed himself. Dependent on your choices, one more character dies (this may be at the end of the game). I really see something like this happening but maybe not with Michael's family. What ones can you predict? voyager Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 the game culminates in Michael going legit and getting a job at Burger Shot. after completing storyline, we unlock a minigame getting him to work on time via public transit and for 8 game-hours a day, rapidly pressing the 'X' button to keep him from losing his temper when dealing with ped customers who can't decide between two bleeders or one double-bleeder. One of the Ancelotti members comes down to Los Santos and helds the children of Michael hostage. With the help of Gerry McReary who they broke out a couple of months before this event they take out not only this one member. They make sure the Ancelotti family is wiped out. If that was to ever happen, i think Michael would be the most interesting in that situation. EDIT: Come to think of it, Michael's character could really develop from something like this, i mean he's practically miserable as it is. He's the brains behind the group, but at the same time he could lead to their downfall. I'm no storyteller but that's off the top of my head. Sticky Pads Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 I kinda doubt any of the three protags will be killed, since R* has been doing that a lot in previous games. And I don't think any of them will turn snitch, since that would ruin the sense of comradery that has been built up. I could see, however, two of the three having to leave town, with player choice dictating which will leave. I have a feeling the desert scene where Trevor says "you've been shot amigo" with Michael, could be the pair making Franklin. Or maybe in the same scene, Franklin confronts Michael about his 'snitch past' and attempts to attack him, then Trevor shoots Frank in Mike's defense. Lospuertafreeway Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 On the very last heist michael tells trevor and franklin he has a getaway boat waiting but he doesn't so he ends up getting into his db9 aston martin with all the money and flees by himself, by the time franklin and trevor get to the docsthere is no boats waiting only cops so they have a shootout with the cops and franklin already had a back up plan of his own incase michael would do something like this. Lamar is waiting with two other jet skis for franklin and trevor. You end up catching up to michael and he begs for mercy and you have the option to either kill him or forgive him. Rockstar introduce 3 characters and their special abilities. Why would one of the characters die at the end? That doesnt make sense, because players couldnt use their ability anymore.
