But really, Breaking Bad started in '08, ends in September just after V releases. It's been relevant since the beginning of the game's development, and given its criminal themes, it could only make sense to have some kind of easter egg. At least one significant one. Every episode is extremely well made and I admire everything. Perfect Camerawork, Perfect Acting, Perfect Effects, Perfect Plot, And every episode has symbolism and references to other episodes, it's just soo f*cking good! How could you possibly hate it? GTA V has to have some sort of easter egg in there. A lot of the show reminded me of GTA anyway. However, the show's biggest inspiration is Scarface. One reason might be that most of people wouldn't really notice that it's from Braking Bad since they mighnt not watch the show. They should probably hint more to their previous games. The point is that people generally like the show, so perhaps you should take what he says with a grain of salt, because chances are that you could enjoy it. He's simply part of a very small minority. If you look at it this way, I can see a nod to Breaking Bad (Season 3 and onwards) no matter what anyone says here.
