(Information) The Devils Riders formed in Vice City in 1967.In 1979 they started having factions in Los Santos,Blaine County,and Liberty City.In 2011 they lost all their members due to a protest.In 2013 the number of members started rising.The Devils Riders is a one-percenter motorcycle club.They don't just drive harleys.They have connections to drugs and heavy weaponary.
